High-Precision 2D LiDAR Scanner
PAVO is a high-performance LiDAR product. Designed using the TOFTime of Flight principle, high-precision distance information is obtained through precise time measurement of the laser pulse reflection process, and combined with motor rotation to complete two-dimensional scanning of the surrounding environment.
PAVO can achieve reliable measurement within a range of 20 meters and an angle range of 270 degrees. Thanks to the advantages of the TOF scheme and SIMINICS’ unique high-performance time measurement technology, PAVO exhibits far superior ranging performance compared to triangulation radar. Even for whiteboard measurements at 20 meters, it can achieve a ranging accuracy of ± 3 cm.
The 45 kHz laser sampling rate supported by PAVO is leading the industry, with 45000 point cloud data per second enabling PAVO to finely reproduce the surrounding environment. Users can adjust the frame rate of the output point cloud image within the range of 10-30 Hz by changing the motor speed through configuration. Corresponding to high sampling rates, PAVO provides a maximum angular resolution of 0.08 °, greatly enhancing its ability to recognize small targets and effectively reducing missed detection rates.
PAVO can be used for robot positioning and navigation, mapping, environmental modeling, and security.
PAVO adopts a semi-solid design, with a protection level of IP65 for the entire machine, meeting the requirements of harsh industrial environments or complex outdoor scene applications. The high-quality, long-life motor and light load design ensure that the radar can operate stably for a long time, and the excellent optical performance ensures that the PAVO can still perform well outdoors in strong sunlight. Adopting a 905 nm laser band and meeting Classl’s eye safety level.
